Mayes Oster House
They claim to be the “second oldest continually operated restaurant”  - at one time San Francisco was known for its many oyster houses, Maye’s being one of them - the sign remains but Polk Street is not the “Strasse” it once was – they still serve oysters but cater to a young nightclub crowd after dark
